About the CBA.306B:
  • CBA.306B Circuit Breaker Tester is designed to
    meet the needs of onsite testing the dynamic
    characteristics of High-Voltage Circuit Breakers.

  • Providing a convenient dynamic analysis of various
    circuit breakers and can accurately measure the
    mechanical dynamic characteristic parameters of
    high-voltage circuit breakers for various voltage
    levels such as low oil, high oil, vacuum, SF6, etc.

  • High-voltage circuit breakers have dual tasks of
    control and protection in the power system, and the
    quality of their performance is directly related to the
    safe operation of the power system.

  • Mechanical characteristic parameters are one of
    the most important parameters for indicating the
    performance of circuit breakers.

Test Specifications:

Time Measurement

  • 12 channel switching (closing) time

  • Different periods in the opening (closing) phase

  • The difference between the opening (closing) phases

  • Closing (opening) Bounce time (number of bounces)

  • Internal trigger test range: 0.01ms ~ 10000ms, resolution: 0.01ms

  • External trigger test range: 0.01ms ~ 20000ms, Resolution within 999ms: 0.01ms, 1000-9999ms resolution: 0.1ms, 10000ms resolution: 1ms

  • Accuracy within 200ms: 0.05%±1 word

Speed Measurement

  • Just split (just closed) speed

  • Average speed for a specified period of time (travel or Angle)

    • 1mm sensor: 0.01 ~ 25.00m/s

    • 0.1mm sensor: 0.001 ~ 2.50m/s

Measuring Range of Disconnecting Switch or Energy Storage Circuit Breaker

  • Can measure fracture closing, switching time, three-phase different period, bounce time, and times

Features:
  • The instrument automatically recognizes the opening and closing status of the fracture to prevent misoperation.

  • Independent 12 fracture ports can detect and prompt the connection status of the fracture ports, which is convenient for users to check the wiring.

  • 100 sets of test results can be stored in the machine.

  • Large-screen LCD (320×240) display, advanced gray screen, no reflection or black screen in the sun, graphic menu operation prompts, humanized menu interface, easy to operate.

  • The instrument has a powerful graphic analysis function, which displays waveforms and measurement processing data on the same screen, making the test process more intuitive.

  • The machine has a delay protection function, and the coil voltage can be automatically cut off after the circuit breaker is activated, protecting both the circuit breaker and testing equipment. An independent and special opening and closing control unit can be used for closing or opening tests.

  • If one of the control loops is broken, it will not affect the use.

  • This instrument can carry out electric and manual opening and closing tests.

  • It can conduct high and low voltage experiments and automatically find the lowest opening or closing voltage.

  • The reclosing test can measure parameters such as closing, opening, and closing.

  • It can measure parameters of vacuum contactors (single coil).

  • The circuit breaker aging test (life test) can be completed automatically.
